Are first posts always so awkward? :)
With so much going on the past few months (getting the house ready to sell, training for the Boston Marathon, and attempting to prepare for our hike), setting up a blog was at the bottom of the to-do list. Alas, time is quickly running out - we'll be on the trail in a little over a week! - so it's now or never.
I can't promise regular updates (I have no idea what it's going to be like on the trail) and I can't promise they will be interesting. I CAN promise to be honest and open about what transpires, though. I'm looking forward to having you all along for the ride... I mean hike. :)
